Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every Gift to land perfectly. This policy explains when refunds are available for purchases from Roomovaa, operated by BHANDARI GLOBAL LTD (Company No. 16947269, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX).
1. Nature of the product
Gifts are personalized digital content delivered instantly. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cooling-off right does not apply once delivery of digital content has begun with your express consent.
2. When we WILL refund you (in full)
- Technical failure: your link was never delivered, or the Gift does not load, and we cannot fix it within 48 hours.
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same Gift.
- Not as described: the Gift materially differs from what was shown in the preview.
- Service withdrawal: we permanently discontinue the service during your Gift's 12-month validity.
3. Goodwill refund
If your Gift has not yet been opened by the recipient, and you contact us within 48 hours of purchase, we will normally refund you as a goodwill gesture.
4. When we cannot refund
- The Gift has already been opened by the recipient.
- More than 48 hours have passed since purchase and there is no fault.
- Dissatisfaction with the recipient's reaction or with your own content.
5. How to request
Email support@roomovaa.co with your gift link or receipt. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
