1. Who we are

Roomovaa ("we", "us", "our") is a website and service available at https://roomovaa.co, owned and operated by BHANDARI GLOBAL LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16947269, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Contact: support@roomovaa.co. By using our website or purchasing a digital gift experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. What we sell

We sell personalized digital gift experiences ("Gifts"): interactive web pages that you personalize with names, messages, dates and photos. After payment, we provide you with a unique private link to share. Gifts are digital content only — nothing physical is shipped.

3. Price and payment

  • The price of each Gift is £7.99 (GBP) per Gift, inclusive of any applicable VAT.
  • Payment is a one-time charge per Gift. No subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
  • The charge on your bank statement will appear as ROOMOVAA.CO.

4. Delivery

Delivery is instant and digital. If you do not receive your link within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact support@roomovaa.co.

5. Your right to cancel

Because Gifts are personalized digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you (1) expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content, and (2) acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once delivery has begun. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty digital content.

6. Link validity

Each Gift link remains active for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be opened an unlimited number of times.

7. Acceptable use

You confirm that: you own the content or have permission to use it; it is not unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, hateful, or infringing; you will not harass, deceive or distress any person; and you are at least 16 years old.

8. Licence

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the Gift. All other content on the website belongs to BHANDARI GLOBAL LTD.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any Gift is limited to the amount you paid.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
